Makeroni Community Policies

The following are not permitted on the Makeroni platform:

• Political groups or events — Makeroni is a non-partisan platform. Classes, events, or studio profiles may not be used to promote political campaigns, parties, candidates, or political fundraising of any kind.
• Hate speech & discrimination — Any content that promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic is strictly prohibited.
• Harassment & bullying — Intimidation, threats, stalking, or any form of harassment directed at other users, studios, or instructors will not be tolerated.
• Fraudulent or misleading listings — All class and event listings must accurately represent the experience being offered. Bait-and-switch tactics, fake reviews, or deceptive pricing are prohibited.
• Illegal activities — Any activity that violates local, state, or federal laws is prohibited.
• Spam & solicitation — Using Makeroni to send unsolicited marketing, promote unrelated products/services, or engage in multi-level marketing schemes is not allowed.

• Studios must provide a safe, clean environment for all participants.
• Instructors must have appropriate skills and qualifications for the classes they teach.
• All listed classes must deliver the experience as described, including materials, duration, and skill level.
• Studios and instructors must respond to booking inquiries and lead requests in a timely manner.
• Age restrictions and safety requirements must be clearly communicated in listings.

• Treat all community members — studios, instructors, and fellow attendees — with respect and kindness.
• Arrive on time for booked classes and follow studio house rules.
• Leave honest, constructive reviews that help the community.
• Report any concerns or policy violations promptly through our Support page.

• Studios must maintain appropriate insurance and safety measures for their activities.
• Any incidents, injuries, or safety concerns must be reported immediately.
• Classes involving minors must have proper supervision and parental consent requirements in place.
• Studios must comply with all applicable health and safety regulations.

Violations of these policies may result in:

• Content removal — Listings or reviews that violate our policies will be removed.
• Account warnings — First-time or minor violations may result in a formal warning.
• Account suspension — Repeated or serious violations may lead to temporary suspension.
• Permanent ban — Severe or ongoing violations will result in permanent removal from the platform.

Makeroni reserves the right to take action at our discretion to protect the integrity and safety of our community.
