Help for studio owners and instructors
How do I list my studio on Makeroni?
Sign in to your account and go to "My Studio" from the navigation menu. Fill out your studio profile and start adding classes right away. Your studio will be live immediately!
What information do I need to set up my studio?
You'll need your studio name, address, contact email, a description, category types, and at least one photo. You can add more details like parking info, accessibility features, and highlights later.
Can I import my existing class schedule?
Yes! From your Studio Dashboard, use the "Bulk Upload" feature to upload a CSV or Excel file with all your classes. You can also download our template to fill in the required fields.
How do I create a class?
From your Studio Dashboard, click "Add a Class". Fill in the title, description, date, time, credits required, and available spots. You can also set skill level, age group, and upload photos.
What is "Use as Template"?
Templates let you quickly create recurring versions of the same class. Click "Use as Template" on any class to pre-fill a new class form with the same details — just update the date and time.
How do I see who signed up for my classes?
Go to the "Enrollees" tab in your Studio Dashboard. You can view students by class or see all students at once. You can also download a CSV of enrollees for any class.
Can students cancel bookings?
Yes. Students can cancel within the cancellation window you set when creating the class (default is 24 hours before the class). They'll receive a full credit refund if cancelled within the window.
How does payment work?
Students pay with Makeroni credits. You earn credits for each booking. Payouts are processed weekly on Mondays. You receive 90% of the credits earned (Makeroni keeps 10% as a platform fee).
What is the minimum payout amount?
The minimum payout is $25. Credits below this threshold will roll over to the next payout cycle.
How do I track my earnings?
Visit the "Earnings" tab in your Studio Dashboard to see total earned, paid out, and pending amounts, plus a full history of individual bookings.
What does the Analytics tab show?
The Analytics tab shows impressions (how often your classes appeared in search), class page views, studio page views, bookings, conversion rate, and your average rating. You can filter by date range.
What is a "conversion rate"?
Conversion rate is the percentage of people who viewed your class page and then booked. A higher rate means your class listings are compelling and well-targeted.
What types of media can I upload?
You can upload images (JPG, PNG) and embed YouTube or Vimeo videos in your studio and class galleries. We recommend a cover image of at least 1200x600px.
How many images can I have in my gallery?
You can have up to 10 images/videos in your studio gallery and per class.
