How do I book a class?
Browse classes on the Explore page, click on a class you like, and click "Book This Class". You'll need enough credits to complete the booking.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes! You can cancel from your Dashboard. The cancellation policy depends on the studio - check the class details for the cancellation window. Credits will be refunded if cancelled within the allowed timeframe.
What if a class is full?
You can join the waitlist! If a spot opens up, we'll automatically enroll you if you have enough credits.
How do credits work?
Credits are Makeroni's currency. Each class requires a certain number of credits to book. You can purchase credit packages or subscribe for monthly credits.
How do I buy credits?
Click "Buy Credits" in your account menu or on class pages. You can purchase one-time credits or subscribe to unlock exclusive discounts from the studios!
Do credits expire?
Yes, credits roll over for one month (so they are active for 60 days) before they expire.
How do I list my studio?
Sign in and create your studio profile. Once set up, you can start adding classes immediately!
When do I get paid?
Payouts are processed 1 day after your class is completed. You will receive an email when the earnings are sent out. Give the bank 2-5 days to process all payouts.
Can I export my student data?
Yes! From your studio dashboard, you can export booking lists, student contact info, and earnings reports as CSV files.
